This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs all transactions made through InsightfulX. By purchasing any service, enrolling in a course, ordering a physical product, or making a payment on our website, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the terms set out below.
- Online Courses & Certifications — Non-Refundable
All enrollments in online courses and preparation modules for JAIIB, CAIIB, IIBF, NISM, and other certifications are strictly non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-cancellable once a purchase is completed or account access is granted.
Digital content — including video lectures, recorded sessions, downloadable study materials, mock tests, and question banks — is delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be returned. By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept this condition.
We strongly encourage you to review available free course outlines, descriptions, and demo tutorial videos before making a purchase.
Course access and credentials are personal to the registered user and cannot be transferred, shared, or credited to any other individual or course timeline.
- Paid Consultations & 1:1 Sessions — Conditional
- Cancellation 24+ hours before session: Eligible for a full refund or free reschedule.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before session: Non-refundable. Reschedule subject to availability at our discretion.
- No-show by the user: Non-refundable, no reschedule offered.
- Cancellation by us: Full refund initiated within 7 working days, or a reschedule offered at your convenience.
- Physical Products — MCQ Study Books — Conditional
Returns and replacements are accepted only under the following conditions:
- Book received with visible physical transit damage
- Manufacturing defects — e.g., missing pages, severe binding errors, complete text misprints
- Wrong item shipped against your invoice
Unboxing Video Mandatory: To be eligible for any return or replacement, you must provide a continuous, unedited video showing the intact sealed courier package, the legible shipping label, and the complete unboxing process revealing the damage or defect. Videos of previously opened or re-taped packages will not be accepted. Report within 48 hours of delivery via our designated support channel.
Upon validation of a genuine claim, InsightfulX will dispatch a replacement copy at our expense. A monetary refund is issued only if a replacement copy is unavailable.
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for physical products.
- Voluntary Contributions / Support Payments — Non-Refundable
InsightfulX provides free access to financial tools, calculators, and open banking trackers. Users may choose to make voluntary contributions to support the upkeep and expansion of these free utilities.
These contributions are made entirely at your own discretion for tools already accessed and do not represent payment for future services, custom software, or any guaranteed deliverable. All voluntary contributions are non-refundable.
- Refunds Due to Our Failure — Refundable
If InsightfulX is entirely unable to deliver a confirmed paid service due to a system failure or operational issue on our part, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid. Refund claims must be raised within 7 working days of the transaction date. Claims raised after this window will not be eligible.
- Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment source — bank account, credit card, or UPI wallet — used at the time of transaction. Approved refunds typically settle within 5 to 7 working days, subject to your bank or payment provider’s processing cycles.
- How to Raise a Refund or Return Claim
To raise a refund request, email us at connect@insightfuldhull.com with the following:
- Full name and registered email / phone number
- Order ID or transaction reference number
- Reason for the refund request
- Supporting evidence (unboxing video for physical products; screenshots or error details for digital access issues)
We will review and respond to your claim within 5 working days of receipt.
- Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Policy is governed by the laws of India. All disputes arising from or relating to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
